·         An additional change was made to the NJ Smart Pre-ID and State submissions to allow the user to select the reporting date for enrollment.  As per NJ Smart, all of the reports can now be submitted at any time and not restricted to their previous snapshot date schedule.

·         The Teacher Client, when importing grades from the gradebook, was not properly rounding grades to zero decimal places.  The resulting grade usually ended up with a “.1”.  This issue would occur when Lighthouse had set the numerical precision to zero and the teacher gradebook was set to one or more decimal places. 

·         The Add and Subtract button on the Photo Management screens were not working as intended and has been corrected.

·         Uploading report card data to MyStudentData.com was causing the process to fail and no student records to be uploaded.  This issue has been fixed.

·         The “new database” function was not adding one of the newer fields to a table, causing an error when trying to access the Preferences screen.  This has been fixed and any database that was created with this error will be automatically corrected.

·         The Mailing Label function (Activities=>Mailing Labels) now has the ability to print student names in First Last format instead of just Last, First.

·         The NJ Smart Pre-ID export now has the ability to specify sorting for student records.

·         When entering attendance in the Teacher Client, the following changes have been made:  the submit button now changes to “re-submit” once attendance has been entered for a given period; the [do not submit] wording has been removed on the daily attendance entry screen; on the daily entry screen you may now press the first letter of the status (i.e. A) to select that status for the student; re-submitting class absences will never overwrite an excused status as set by the office.

·         Importing grades into the Teacher Client was examining only the StateID field and not the LocalID field when matching students.  The result was that when utilizing only the LocalID field, a “name” match was used and was thus less accurate on matching students between the Gradebook and Lighthouse.  This most especially affected twins who had the same last name and date of birth.

·         The Illinois Student Demographic report was further updated to make a change in the way the Title I Indicator field is handled.

·         Student report cards were including the date and time even when that Layout checkbox was unchecked.  This issue has been fixed.

·         The New Jersey state reports (specifically the State and SpecEd) were not properly examining a few of the new fields added in the last update.  This problem has been corrected.

·         The new “compact” absence list report has been tweaked slightly so that the line does not encroach on the memo field.  The report can also now be customized.

·         The New Jersey state reports have been updated to reflect the latest round of layout changes.  Specifically, the new Pre-ID report has been implemented; the State and Special Ed reports had a few new fields added; and the SID report had a logic change for handling pre-school students.

·         The Illinois Student Demographic report was updated to reflect the latest round of layout changes.

·         Several new fields were added in this update:  Special Ed End Date, Time In Regular Program, Resident Municipal Code, Setting Accommodations, Schedule Accommodations, Test Material Accommodations, and Test Procedure Accommodations.

·         The last update caused printed transcripts to no longer include the class size in the rank/size box.  This side-effect has been corrected.

·         The help system was not launching correctly when using Help=>Contents or Help=>Index and has been fixed.

·         When importing grades from the gradebook into the teacher client, preference has always been given to report cards over mid-term grades assuming a marking period was “opened” for entry by both.  That has now changed and whichever “import” button is used to import will determine to which system the grades are sent.

·         When an invoice was created without any line items, an error would occur when attempting to retrieve that invoice and has been fixed.

·         Invoices containing both taxable and non-taxable line items were not displaying the total invoice amount correctly on certain screens.  This problem has been fixed.

·         The Teacher Schedule report was not allowing just one block to be printed when selecting the “base report on the master schedule” option.

·         Printed transcripts were not printing certain user-selected fields in either the top-right or bottom locations.  This issue has been corrected.

·         The Indiana DOE-ME report has been updated to support the latest format changes from the state.

·         The Teacher Client will no longer allow printing of rosters if no semesters have been made available by the office.

·         A new preference setting has been added to select the default layout to use when printing a daily absence list report using many of the “quick print” buttons throughout the program.

·         A new “condensed” absence list report has been created.

·         When uploading student demographics to MyStudentData.com, choosing the ‘Homeroom’ field also caused the ‘Country of Origin’ field to be uploaded.  This problem has been resolved.

·         When creating a teacher’s gradebook the Parent1 and Parent2 data was being placed into the Mother’s Name and Father’s Name fields, respectively, without regard for the parent’s relationship setting.  This has been corrected.
